In this time of modernization, science is also transforming to a greater extent. In this era, research expands to a greater level which helps to cure diseases that can be harmful or disastrous to humankind. In my opinion, the cure is better than prevention. It is very necessary to invest in research organizations to cure more diseases and can help humankind to grow in the future. 

Firstly, Prevention can be taken for which anyone knows about, but it cannot be implemented to disease which is hidden from civilization, so it is essential to strengthening our research abilities to fight with the unknown enemy. Our responsibility is to supporting help to treat diseases. The cure is the only option left with us when it comes to scenarios where prevention cannot help.

However, Prevention can be the first step to stop the spreading of any disease, but without a cure, there is always a fear of uncertainty. Treating is the only way to rebuild confidence in the society. In some way, prevention creates distances between individuals which can lead to physical and mental illness. For example, corona virus is a pandemic disease for which the whole world is now researching to make a cure. Social distancing is one type of prevention but it has negative effects too. It is surely a very effective way to stop spreading corona virus but it is making people mentally ill, so, investing in research is always better than investing in preventative measures.

I strongly believe, Research should be an extent, to play a crucial role in living beings in the future. It is important to take some preventative steps in starting, but it is essential to cure the diseases which can be done only when more research and treatment facilities will take place in our society.
